1. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus
Launched on April 19, the much awaited Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus has lived up to expectations. The beautifully designed Infinity Display has the 6.20-inch touchscreen spilling over to the phone’s sides in the form of a smooth, continuous surface with no bumps or angles that takes up the entire front of the phone and flows perfectly into the aluminium shell. Powered by a 1.9GHz octa-core Samsung Exynos 8895 processor, the S8 Plus comes with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 256GB. After its launch on April 3, Sony Xperia XZs has been swiftly reestablished Sony’s position in the smartphone market. With a 5.20-inch touchscreen display and a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels, the phone is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, and is armed with 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB. 3. Moto G5 – April 4
Known for its reliable and high-performance range of phones, Motorola recently launched its latest smartphone model, the Moto G5, on April 4. The phone has a robust 5.00-inch touchscreen display, which offers a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 441 pixels per inch. The phone runs on Android 7.0 and is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. With a 6.00-inch touchscreen display that has a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels, the Oppo F3 Plus is powered by a 1.95GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM, along with 64GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. 5. LG G6
Unveiled at the MWC 2017 in February, the LG G6 was finally launched in India in April, bringing in stiff competition for its rival, the Samsung Galaxy S8.
