Arago’s AI technology HIRO would now be merged with NIIT Technologies’ TRON Smart Automation service
Leading global IT solutions firm NIIT Technologies announced on May 23 that it has formally entered into a partnership with Arago, an artificial intelligence (Al) and autonomous automation front runner in order to unite Arago’s general AI technology HIRO with its own automation services, known as the TRON Smart Automation.
Catering to customers in countries all over the world including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia, NIIT Technologies provides its customers with solutions in Application Development and Maintenance, Infrastructure Management Services, IP Asset or Platform Solutions, and Business Process Management, among others. Its TRON Smart Automation is a unique end-to-end automation platform, which provides solutions by actively reacting to changes and automatically solving difficult and obscure problems at each and every level of an organisation.
It integrates innovative technologies, practices, and best in class tools to lead to a complete business transformation and an improved experience overall. The integration of HIRO into the TRON platform is expected to help enterprises deliver superior business agility and self-enablement.
