Jaimin Bhatt, President & Group CFO, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
Jaimin started his career in 1985 and has also worked with Godrej Group and Indus Venture, a private equity fund. He led the strategic execution of the country’s largest banking acquisition, that of ING Vysya Bank. This involved identification, negotiating, due diligence, structuring and executing the transaction. With this merger, Kotak became the fourth largest private bank of India with a Rs 2 trillion balance sheet (consolidated). For his achievements, Jaimin was awarded The League of Excellence Award in 2015 by CFO India and is also the winner of the Best Performing CFO in the Banking/Financial Services sector at the CNBC TV18 CFO Awards 2010. At Kotak, Jaimin heads the Centre Finance, Investor Relations, Strategy, Legal, Compliance and Vigilance functions.

Amit has been with Reliance Capital since 2004 and with the group since 1999. With over 17 years of experience in varied business environments (manufacturing and financial services), he is responsible for financial direction, oversight and control at Reliance Capital and Group companies and strategic leadership for the treasury. A chartered accountant by qualification, Amit was earlier the CFO of Reliance Capital Asset Management Ltd and Reliance Commercial Finance where he played a key role in growing the asset management business and introducing invaluable operational and process disciplines. Prior to this, he was with corporate treasury of Reliance Industries Ltd.

In his current role, he is at the centre of India’s hot e-commerce industry and is part of Amazon’s senior team that’s building customer franchise. Before moving to Amazon India, he was with Hindustan Unilever, where he completed assignments in seven locations and three countries.
Sonal Shrivastava, Country CFO, Lafarge Group

She has over 21 years of experience in finance and control, purchase, legal, compliance, audit, M&A, capital market fund raising, strategy and business development, direct and indirect tax, shared services and IT. A chartered accountant with an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, Giri has had a successful international career in the consumer, investment banking and pharmaceutical space. Before MSD Pharmaceuticals, he was Global CFO of Wockhardt Group, and spent several years with Diageo Plc as M&A Director at London and Finance Director for Asia in Singapore. He has also managed investment banking at IL&FS, where he handled M&A and corporate advisory businesses, and has worked with ITC Ltd and the Aditya Birla Group.
Sushil Agarwal, Group CFO & Whole Time Director, Grasim Industries Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group)
Sushil has been with the Aditya Birla Group since the beginning of his career in 1989. He is a qualified chartered accountant with a Masters in Commerce. With his financial acumen and analytical skills he has been a key contributor in many restructuring, mergers and acquisition initiatives in the group. Before joining Grasim, Sushil was the Whole Time Director and CFO of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. He has closely worked with several businesses in the group, including in the financial services when he was the COO of Aditya Birla Finance Ltd, the NBFC arm of ABNL, and as the CEO of Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd, the general insurance advisory arm of ABNL.
